Mission

WE MOBILIZE CHRISTIAN COMMUNITIES AROUND THE WORLD TOWARD GREATER CONCERN AND CARE FOR GOD'S CREATION. WE DO THIS IN KENYA AND TANZANIA THAT SERVE BENEFICIARIES THROUGHOUT EAST AFRICA AND AROUND THE WORLD THROUGH THE GLOBAL CAMPAIGN FOR CREATION CARE AND THE GOSPEL. CARE OF CREATION IS THE LEAD ORGANIZATION IN A NUMBER OF PARTNERSHIPS WITH OTHER CHRISTIAN ENVIRONMENTAL ORGANIZATIONS, INCLUDING THE LAUSANNE MOVEMENT, THE WORLD EVANGELICAL ALLIANCE, A ROCHA INTERNATIONAL, THE EVANGELICAL ENVIRONMENTAL NETWORK, AND OTHERS.

A major portion of Care of Creation's work involves outreach to evangelical faith groups in the US and around the world. Through our partnership with the Lausanne Movement, Care of Creation has been the lead organization in the development and growth of the Lausanne/WEA Creation Care Network (lwccn.com). In 2015 this partnership resulted in four international conferences that trained participants to establish creation care activities and networks in nearly 50 countries around the world. In the U.S. we offer weekend seminars for churches (The Our Father's World Seminar) and participate in other conferences and events as invited.
