Developed proposal, received grant funds and implemented feasibility study, had engineering and architectural studies performed on the prospective property, developed fundraising strategic plans and had a market assessment study completed. In addition, the Takoma Theatre Conservatory initiated and sponsored arts/humanities programs for the public and arts education performances for students in local public schools. The purpose was to benefit the community now and to show what potentially could be performed at the Takoma Theatre in the future.
