ROADMAP TO REENTRY GUIDE & TRAININGS: Conducts trainings across California that teach communities most impacted by incarceration how to successfully navigate reentry. The trainings are intended for a wide audience, including people in reentry and those who support them: community service providers, advocates, educators, community supervision officers, family and friends. In 2016, Root & Rebound trained over 1500 service providers, family members on the legal barriers post incarceration. Root & Rebound also trained over 1960 men and women currently incarcerated throughout CA. In addition to this direct service, Root & Rebound also reached over 2000 currently incarcerated people through our hotline service. Root & Rebound is the only legal reentry organization that accepts collect calls from jails and prisons.
