Mission or significant activitiesPROVIDE HIGH QUALITY ACCESS TO PRIMARY HEALTHCARE SERVICES TO LOW INCOME CITIZENS OF CALVERT COUNTY MARYLAND WHO ARE UNINSURED.PROVIDE HIGH QUALITY ACCESS TO PRIMARY HEALTHCARE SERVICES TO LOW INCOME CITIZENS OF CALVERT COUNTY MARYLAND WHO ARE UNINSURED.THIS IS A NONPROFIT ORGANIZATION THAT SEEKS TO FACILITATE THE PROVISION OF HIGH QUALITY HEALTH CARE SERVICES TO RESIDENTS OF CALVERT COUNTY, MARYLAND WHO HAVE LIMITED FINANCIAL RESOURCES, CANNOT AFFORD MEDICAL INSURANCE, AND CANNOT PAY FOR NECESSARY PHARMACEUTICALS. CHS WORKS IN PARTNERSHIP WITH OTHER COMMUNITY-BASED ORGANIZATIONS TO IDENTIFY OTHER RESOURCES THAT INDIVIDUALS MAY QUALIFY FOR.PROVIDE HIGH QUALITY ACCESS TO PRIMARY HEALTHCARE SERVICES TO LOW INCOME CITIZENS OF CALVERT COUNTY MARYLAND WHO ARE UNINSURED.
