Children's advocates provide individualized case management and support groups. Licensed therapists offer play therapy and counseling. The Fort Worth shelter operates an onsite school using accredited teachers from Fort Worth ISD while the Arlington shelter enrolls children in Arlington ISD schools. The Organization operates a weekend camping program twice annually for child victims and a day camp program during the summer. 2,101 clients served during FYE 2013.

Once in shelter, victims receive safety planning, case management, counseling, information about domestic violence and connections to community resources that help stabilize their lives and move them towards violence-fee independence. Shelter clients are eligibile for longer term transitional living and permanent supportive housing programs. The Organization operates two emergency shelters, one in Fort Worth and another in Arlington, where clients stay for the length of time required to complete their case management plan. Transitional living provides supportive services and rental assistance at scattered sites or at the Organization's own small apartment complex for up to two years. For qualifying clients, permanent supportive housing is available for an extended period of time, usually no more than five years. 2,101 SERVED DURING FYE 2013
Victims Assistance and Legal Services - A 24-hour hotline provides immediate crisis intervention, safety planning and program referrals for victims.
