CULTURAL GRANTS AND PROGRAMSIn 2012 Blue Cow arts continued its work within the local and regional communities to build bridges and bring together musicians and cultural workers from diverse generations and genres. Through a donation to the Roanoke Music Lab, and in conjunction with the nonprofit Jefferson Center for the Performing Arts, Blue Cow Arts helped fund the opening of a Music Lab locally in Floyd, Virginia.
