THE FUNDING STRATEGY INCLUDES A COMBINATION OF SPECIAL NEEDS HEALTH PLANS AND FOUNDATION SUPPORT. (2)TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE SUPPORT TO THE DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING & URBAN DEVELOPMENT ON ITS INTEGRATED WELLNESS IN SUPPORTIVE HOUSING (IWISH) DEMONSTRATION IN SEVEN STATES AT 40 ELDERLY AFFORDABLE HOUSING SITES.
