TO MAKE AFFORDABLE AND HIGH QUALITY MEDICAL AND DENTAL CARE ACCESSIBLE TO EVERYONE IN THE COMMUNITY.TO PROVIDE COMPREHENSIVE MEDICAL AND HEALTH RELATED SERVICES. TO MAKE AFFORDABLE AND HIGH QUALITY MEDICAL AND DENTAL CARE ACCESSIBLE TO EVERYONE IN THE COMMUNITY.

LA CLINICA PROVIDED CARE TO OVER 9,000 PATIENTS THIS YEAR. THE SERVICES PROVIDE BY LA CLINICA INCLUDE: PRIMARY MEDICAL AND DENTAL CARE, MATERNITY AND NEWBORN CARE (PRENATAL, DELIVERIES INCLUDING CAESAREAN SECTIONS, POSTPARTUM AND NEONATAL CARE, PREVENTIVE DIAGNOSTICS) AND TREATMENT FOR ALL AGES, LABORATORY MEDICATION ASSISTANCE, IMMUNIZATIONS, AND WELL-CHILD EXAMS, PATIENT CASE MANAGEMENT, CANCER AND OTHER DISEASE SCREENING, WELL-CHILD SERVICES, EYE & EAR SCREENING FOR CHILDREN, ADULT IMMUNIZATIONS, FAMILY PLANNING SERVICES, OUTREACH AND EDUCATION (PROMOTORAS DE SALUD), ELIGIBILITY/ENROLLMENT SERVICES, INTERPRETATION, REFERRALS FOR MENTAL HEALTH AND SUBSTANCE ABUSE, OPIOID ADDICTIONS MEDICAL MANAGEMENT FOR SELECTED PATIENTS, AND OTHER SERVICES. WE HAVE PARTNERED WITH A LOCAL BEHAVIORAL HEALTH CARE SERVICE, PROVIDED DIABETES AND MATERNITY CARE COORDINATION, AND OFFERED OUTREACH AND EDUCATION PROGRAMS, ALONG WITH MANY MORE SPECIAL SERVICES. OUR VARIOUS HEALTH PROMOTER PROGRAMS HAVE RECEIVED NATIONAL AWARDS. SEVERAL SPECIAL GRANT-SUPPORTED PROGRAMS IN AREAS SUCH AS DIABETES EDUCATION AND CASE MANAGEMENT, WEIGHT MANAGEMENT AND OTHERS HAVE BECOME PART OF THE FABRIC OF LA CLINICA EVEN WHEN THE REDUCTION OR END OF GRANT SUPPORT MUST REDUCE THEIR STAFF SUPPORT IN SOME CASES. TWO OF OUR PHYSICIANS ARE DESIGNATED CIVIL SURGEONS AND PROVIDE MEDICAL EXAMINATIONS FOR IMMIGRATION APPLICANTS.
